Often political ads, and the parties, issues and policies they promote, can be emotive. This naturally raises questions about how to complain about the ads we think are problematic and who is responsible for regulating them. Perhaps surprisingly, it’s not the ASA.

We have today ordered that a national press ad for the bookmaker, Paddy Power be withdrawn with immediate effect.
