15 Sex Shops, Stripograms etc

Central copy clearance is required. Sex shops, stripograms and the like may be advertised, subject to Rule 16 below and the Rules in this Code on good taste, decency and offence, as well as appropriate scheduling restrictions, but scripts must be restrained and must not state or imply that prostitution or other sexual services are available.

All licensed establishments should provide a copy of their licence to RACC or, if requested, to the ASA and BCAP.
