Advertisements for tobacco products (including cigarettes, cigarette tobacco and papers, cigars and pipe tobacco) are prohibited.

Advertisements must not advertise a brand name that is the same as, likely to be mistaken for, or connected witha tobacco product, if the purpose or effect is to promote a tobacco product.
