BCAP's revised TV sound levels rule comes into force

On Monday 7 July, the Broadcast Committee of Advertising Practice (BCAP) revised TV sound levels rule will come into force. The new rule is intended to minimise the annoyance that can be caused to viewers by TV ads either exceeding an upper sound limit or being generally preceived as too loud.
