On 19 October, we are opening our doors to the latest intake of graduate trainees from advertising agencies.

Our annual event, which is free to attend for all agency graduates, is a great opportunity for the newest agency talent to familiarise themselves with the advertising self-regulatory system.

ASA and CAP experts will take an in-depth look at the UK Advertising Codes and talk through a selection of past ASA rulings to help illustrate the Codes. Clearcast and Radiocentre will also be providing an overview of their roles in the system. Additionally, Roisin Donnelly - ASA Council Member and ex-Brand Director at Proctor & Gamble will share her experiences of creating ads that are impactful but also compliant, in partnership with ad agencies.

The seminar will finish with a workshop session where the graduates will ‘become the ASA’ and put into practice what they have learnt by adjudicating on whether ads have broken the rules.
