New website – coming very soon…

3 February 2017

computerIn the next few weeks we’re launching our brand new website. Designed to be easier to navigate, containing new and improved features and functionality and, quite simply, better looking, we think visitors to and users of our site will notice a big difference and benefit from the changes.

We’re proud of the resources and information that our current ASA and CAP websites provide for consumers and businesses alike. But we know that, over time, technology moves on, user expectations change and older websites work less well in meeting the demands placed upon them. So, rather than refreshing the existing sites, we’ve been thinking bigger.

A lot of work has gone on behind the scenes over the last 18 months to ensure we achieve our ambition of improving, reordering and simplifying how our website works and looks. It will be faster and easier to use, compatible with a range of devices (mobile and tablet) and tailored better for an individual user’s specific needs.

For the first time, we’re merging the ASA and CAP websites under one roof. Content that is most relevant for a consumer or industry audience will be clearly signposted, and, with everything stored in a central resource library, it will be easier for people to find what they’re looking for through intelligent keyword search and an ability to filter their results.

Once live, all existing website users will receive a welcome email inviting them to set a new secure password, prior to being able to log in and use services such as booking events and submitting copy advice.

We’re really looking forward to the launch. Watch this space and send us your feedback. We hope you’ll see and enjoy the difference!
