The Fax Preference Service (FPS) provides a service to register fax numbers on which people do not wish to receive fax marketing messages.
Although the service is primarily aimed at businesses, individuals also have protection under legislation, so may register their fax number too.
However, it’s important be aware that registering may prevent information of value from being received.
