  • with up to three issues; to have most impact we focus our resources on a maximum of three

You will need:

  • Information about the ad such as what, when and where
  • If applicable; a photo / video / screenshot of the ad
    (this may be sent separately after submitting your complaint, please ensure to include your reference number)
  • Approx three minutes to provide all required information, including your contact details
