From June to September last year, CAP ran a public consultation on proposals to amend rules in its Code that address offence and rolling papers and filters, following a consideration of the Equality Act 2010. Having considered responses to its consultation, CAP has decided to maintain its proposals and introduce changes to the CAP Code with immediate effect.
