Around 70% of the cases considered by the ASA each year relate to potentially misleading advertising. Ads can mislead by exaggeration and omission, as well as by presenting information in an unclear, unintelligible, ambiguous or untimely manner. This interactive online seminar will cover all of the essential rules and information required to create advertising campaigns that do not mislead consumers.

Each attendee will be given access to our 'Insiders' Guide to the ASA and CAP' online training module. This will give you a base level of knowledge of the regulation system, to will enable you to get the most out of the seminar.

How much does it cost?

When paying online, cost per delegate is £60 (£50.00 + VAT); we accept all major credit and debit cards.

When paying by invoice, cost per delegate is £90 (£75.00 + VAT); the additional charge is to cover administrative tasks.
