ASA Office is closed - but our regulation hasn't stopped

Please be aware that in light of Government advice surrounding the coronavirus outbreak we have taken the decision to close our office. 

Despite this necessary precaution, we remain open for business. Our staff are working remotely and we continue to accept concerns about ads via our online form or by telephone. If you have already lodged a complaint, our staff will keep you updated about your case by email and/or phone. 

Please note, however, that during our office closure our telephone system may not be as efficient as it ordinarily would be. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept postal complaints during this period.
