Susan Greenfield has breached the UK advertising rules by making misleading treatment claims for Brennan Healing therapy without adequate substantiation on the website www.suehealerbath.co.uk.
Despite repeated requests from the CAP Compliance team, the website continues to claim that Brennan Healing therapy can treat a number of physical conditions.
The CAP Compliance team contacted Susan Greenfield and requested an assurance that these claims would be amended or removed. As no such assurance was received, on 5 October 2026 the CAP Compliance team took the decision to place the company’s details on this section of the ASA website.
The advertiser’s details will remain in place until the website www.suehealerbath.co.uk has been appropriately amended to comply with the CAP Code.
