We have published a briefing note on the ASA’s joint research with Ofcom on consumers’ understanding of price claims in broadband ads. The briefing covers the reasons we decided to do the research, our findings, and what we intend to do in response. This includes a new set of guidelines to make sure ads which include broadband price claims stick to the rules and don’t mislead consumers.
