Government has run a consultation on advertising food or drink products that are high in fats, salt or sugar, and the effects those ads have on children's health. The ASA and CAP are uniquely positioned to respond to this consultation, as we regulate the scheduling and content of such advertising. Here you'll find our response to that consultation.
