We've launched our new website!

Welcome to our brand new website! It’s designed to be easier to use, helping you navigate more easily and quickly to find the content you’re after as well as containing new and improved features and functionality. We’ve also refreshed how it looks and feels.

The most significant change sees, for the first time, ASA and CAP resources brought under one roof. So, no more hopping between two websites for the information you need..

Everything is now available on this one site; materials are easier to find through an intelligent keyword search function and an ability to filter results by resource type, date, media channel and topic. Importantly, content relevant to specific audiences, for instance consumers and industry, will still be clearly signposted and separated out.

We've launched our new site because, while the old ones provided an array of useful information, guidance and advice; in light of new technology, user expectations and growing demands through increased traffic, it was time to review things and take a fresh approach.

As part of that, we’ve looked to improve and simplify accessibility, including looking at how to better order and categorise useful resources. Key to helping us achieve that was through testing the site, before launch, with both industry participants and consumers in order to ensure we deliver the best possible user experience.

As well as reordering and simplifying the complaints form to make it faster and easier to complete, we’ve made the website both mobile and tablet friendly. So, whether you’re using a smartphone, tablet, laptop, home PC or Mac, the website will detect a visitor’s screen size and orientation and adapt its layout accordingly. For those who create an account, you’ll also be able to save your favourite resources and pages in your account area which will help in providing a quick reference point for return visits.
