Ad Alerts warn media owners about ads in particular product categories (General Ad Alert) or ads placed by specific advertisers (Specific Ad Alert) that are likely to breach the Code. Alerts are reviewed every two years and may be updated/reissued or withdrawn, at any time, as appropriate.
