Overview

Competitions, prize draws, discounts, and “free” items with a purchase all fall under the umbrella of promotional marketing. In this interactive virtual course, our expert trainers will walk you through the Advertising Codes, explain how the ASA enforces the rules, and highlight real examples where advertisers have breached the Rules.

Before the session, you’ll gain access to our Insider’s Guide to the ASA and CAP eLearning module, providing a solid foundation in the regulation system to help you maximise your learning during the course.

The course will be delivered virtually via Zoom and will earn you two CPD hours.

How much does it cost?

When paying online, the cost per delegate is £180 (£150.00 +VAT); we accept all major credit and debit cards.

When paying by invoice, the cost per delegate is £210 (£175.00 +VAT); the additional charge is to cover administrative tasks. If you're based outside of the UK please pay via invoice.
