This annex provides a mark-up of all the changes to the BCAP Code related to the implementation of the new restrictions; the confirmed text of the less healthy product advertising rule for TV (rule 32.21) as it will appear in Section 32 (Scheduling), as well as consequential amendments to that section and Section 13 (Food, food supplements and associated health or nutrition claims).
The annex should be read in conjunction with Part I of the regulatory statement.
