This guidance supports users of the UK Advertising Codes to understand how the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) is likely to apply rules, which reflect restrictions on the advertising of less healthy food and drink products (“less healthy products”) inserted into the Communications Act 2003 by Schedule 18 of the Health and Care Act 2022.
