From March to May 2021, CAP and BCAP consulted on changes to the rules relating to the scheduling and targeting of ads related to the National Lottery. The proposed changes will bring the CAP and BCAP Codes in-line with legislative changes, raising the minumum age for purchasing National Lottery products from 16 to 18 years old.
