We offer market competitive salaries and benefits. Salaries are reviewed once a year, to take into account cost of living and performance.
Normal working hours are 35 per week with some flexibility around start and finish times. Holiday entitlement starts at 22 days and builds up to 27 days after five years. Other benefits include private health insurance (for self and family), interest free season ticket loan, membership of our contributory pension scheme (after six month's service) and a subsidised gym membership.
