If you have already made a complaint to the ASA but haven't heard back from us in the allotted time and wish to recieve an update on your complaint, please contact our support team using the form below.
 
 

I have made a complaint already with the ASA but I'm not happy with the outcome

If your complaint was formally investigated and you are unhappy with the ASA Council's decision, you can request that decision is independently reviewed.

If your complaint was not investigated by the ASA and you are unhappy with the reason provided for this, you should contact the member of staff who was dealing with your complaint in the first instance.
